CONTEXT & CHALLENGE
TalkIQ aimed to help sales teams by providing a voice transcription service that not only recorded a phone call, but also used speech recognition and artificial intelligence to provide sales teams with information about the quality of their call.
My client asked me to redesign the dashboard for this tool. I worked as the sole designer on the project, which emphasized content, visual design, UI and data visualization.
IDEATION & ITERATION
I began quick sketches to generate ideas of how the new dashboard would look. From these sketches, I moved to low-fidelity, then mid-fidelity, then high-fidelity screens.
I focused on:
1. Organizing the content of the dashboard more clearly.
2. Optimizing the user interaction with the product via content and visual cues.
